Philam Life has empowered me to fulfill my dreams for myself and my family, and as well as to help others achieve their own.

My life with Philam Life is really a journey in itself: from an offline one-man office to an online two-man office; from a cashier reliever to different offices and now as a Regional Operations Manager of a network. I’ve been to different cities, lived in different places, met a lot of people, and had experiences which enriched me professionally & personally while working for Philam Life.

Philam Life has empowered me financially being the first and only company I have worked for. It has empowered me by helping me achieve my dreams. As a child, I’ve only dreamt of riding an airplane but Philam Life has given me more – it has given me the opportunity and the means to travel with friends and family, bought a car, and contributed in providing my family a comfortable life. It has empowered me with education & trainings. It has empowered me with employee benefits that extend even to my parents. It has empowered me to be of help to other people. And now as a Regional Operations Manager, it has empowered me with greater responsibilities and more decisions to make. I have learned to lead my people and deliver what is expected of us, to be an instrument not only to echo management but to be the voice of my team as well.

I can still remember the day I entered the Philam Life Tower to take my employment exam. As a new graduate, I was impressed at how a company is able to own a very sophisticated building.

There, I had a glimpse of the corporate world. I said to myself, this is the company I want to work for. Of course, this is aside from the reputable name of Philam Life.

But beyond these, what really made me stay are the people and the company’s culture, especially the culture at Branch Operations, which I belonged to since I entered Philam Life. These people reflect what Philam Life is as a company. Employees staying for 10, 20, 30 and even 40 years or more are solid proofs of how Philam Life takes care of its employees and how they are satisfied to work in this organization.

Philam Life truly empowers its employees to be their best and maximize their potentials, to be a blessing to others, to be resilient, and to achieve their dreams and aspirations in life.
